Alison Gaylard completed her degree in English at the University of Natal (Pietermaritzburg) and her postgraduate qualification at Wits University. She joined WBS in February 2009 as part-time Case Writer and now works on a freelance basis. Her case studies so far have focused on marketing, strategy and entrepreneurship. Alison continues to work on ad hoc editing/proofreading projects, as well as regular book launches.
